Biography

Jackie is a successful multi-disciplined executive with over 23 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resources and operational leadership. Her professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, people development, resource forecasting, organizational development and employee relations.

Previous to joining Visionworks, Jackie was a valued member of IKEA US. As the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for US operations, she was responsible for growth, sales & profitability while providing direction and support to the 16,000+ US employees. During her tenure at IKEA US, she also held the role of Chief People Officer. Some of her proudest achievements included launching an industry-leading parental leave benefit in the US, initiating IKEAs US diversity and inclusion movement, consistently improving employment standards through living wage and thoughtful total rewards and investments, many of which were recognized by Fortune and The White House.

Jackie joined Visionworks in October of 2018 as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads HR and Operations Support groups promoting organization-wide people focus.

Life-long east coasters, Jackie and her husband, daughter, and son, relocated to San Antonio in December of last year. In her free time Jackie can be found cooking and baking, enjoying the outdoors with her family or watching her beloved New York Yankees.
