Chris is the Managing Director of Business Development, driving all new revenue activity at Scout with a team of experienced team of enterprise business development professionals as well as a tremendous team of inside sales leaders. Scout has enjoyed double digit growth over the last several years. Chris and his team are chartered with creating innovative, technology-driven solutions in expanding its already large client base. Over 50 of the Fortune 500 have seen success with Scout’s machine learning driven platform to drive great performance, connecting the best search firms with our clients to realize reduced time-to-fill, cost savings, and a streamlined process for both reporting and invoicing.
Prior to Scout, Chris spent 20 years at ManpowerGroup Solutions, a pioneer in the global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) space. Chris led the business development function for both North America and globally throughout his years at the leading global RPO provider. He was also the CEO of a search firm specializing in the healthcare space that he successfully sold in 1999 and started his career at Aerotek as one of its top billing recruiters in NYC in 1995.
Chris’ experience focused on pragmatic solutions that can help a client in today’s market but also paint a vision for the future. His subject matter expertise across the entire Fortune 1000 enterprise has foundations in RPO, MSP, contingent staffing, perm placement, and TTM (Total Talent Management) solutions.
